there is some issues if the user is logged in and tries to download the files I already fix the issue and will be available on 3.1. I will be releasing RC1 this week.
Has the new version been released yet? I too am having the same issue of not being able to download images purchased.
@shayne no, not yet there is a test version that you can download but it could potentially have bug. The plan is to release it this week you can download the test version here Image Store RC2.
