    Hello

    I have recently had two orders for which within image store says that the shipping charge has been added and it does still shows on the sales page of the order but pay pal does not have the shipping as being included.

    any ideas please?

    Could you please provide a link to your site. We just ran a quick test and we did not see any problems.

    Also be sure that your products are not marked for “download”

    Hi

    No downloads, I don’t use that option.

    It happened on a couple of orders now, but saying that the last two orders did went thru ok

    Good to hear it is working now. Also always look at your cache settings if you have a cache module.
