I have the latest version and when a client selects just one image, no matter the size, I cannot process the cart.
I just test it and it works fine, can you provide a link to your site. Aso are you using google checkout or paypal?
Can you give a small explanation in how you have the image store set up.

Also what do you mean how is it set up? It is installed as a wordpress plugin and I followed the documentation to install it.
looks like you are not using paypal check out you using email notification only. This will not process any payment it will just sent you an email with the selected images by the user.
I know that it is the email mode I set that because the single item cart would return an error “There was a problem processing the cart.” works fine with 2 items but not 1 item.

no, try resetting the plugin setting defaults and test it using the default theme, also what version of the plugin are you using?
