ParticipantI have the latest version and when a client selects just one image, no matter the size, I cannot process the cart.

ParticipantIf I select 2 or 3 in the quantity then it goes through. If there is only 1 selected, no go.

KeymasterI just test it and it works fine, can you provide a link to your site. Aso are you using google checkout or paypal?
Can you give a small explanation in how you have the image store set up.

ParticipantAlso what do you mean how is it set up? It is installed as a wordpress plugin and I followed the documentation to install it.

Keymasterlooks like you are not using paypal check out you using email notification only. This will not process any payment it will just sent you an email with the selected images by the user.

ParticipantI know that it is the email mode I set that because the single item cart would return an error “There was a problem processing the cart.” works fine with 2 items but not 1 item.

Keymasterno, try resetting the plugin setting defaults and test it using the default theme, also what version of the plugin are you using?

I reset the defaults and it looks like that took care of the issue. It now processes the cart with 1 item. Thanks, it is really a cool piece of software that works awesome.
