Hi,
http://www.deanmatthewskiba.co.uk/galleries/gallery-2079
30^ev&WsI had hoped that the new version would have given me no problems with thumbnails and images not showing, i have read the other posts and my folders, directories and key are all “readable”. The images have been uploaded to the server but not showing here! Please help as this is a great plugin 🙂

February 22, 2012 at 12:34 pm #44963ShuParticipantHi there,
I guess i had sort of the same problem and it is still working a bit strange within my domain. It looks like a owner permission issue within my webhosting environment but i followed these steps and now it is working great!
1. First created a new gallery within the image store gallery and pointed to the dir where i want to put the images
2. By hand and ftp i created the directory and -resized dir, i give both folders the 777 permissions
3. Now i can use the upload image store options within my gallery and all is working fine!!!Important that you follow the steps in correct order. Once you have made the folder it looks to ve working great and i can delete edit and add pictures within the gallery.
Hope this will work out for you just as it did for me… Just as Hax mentioned to me it is a permission issue but how it works precisly i dont know…
Good luck!
Greets

February 27, 2012 at 1:57 am #45061Xpark MediaKeymastersamryde,
I loged in to your site but I had no permissions to modify the image store files so I was not able to debug your site. I think Shu is right this is a permission issue.
This an issue at the server leve, ,some times is not just the folders where you are saving the images that need permission changed, but also files within the Image store folder.
February 27, 2012 at 3:13 am #45063muzaParticipantHi,
I’m facing a similar problem: I can create a gallery, and upload the images (and I can access the actual uploaded image in the directory), in wp-admin I can see the images thumbnails and so on, just like it’s suposed to be, but in the store the images are not displayed as thumbnails or in lightbox, and if I purchase the image, the link provided gives me a blank page.I think there is some problem with image.php (look at my problem description in other ticket: http://xparkmedia.com/support/topic/image-php-not-displaying-images/), maybe related to permissions, because after I upload the images, I can’t change the permissions by ftp, I’ve followed Shu instructions, but it’s not working either.
Do you have some clue to try?
Thank you very much!February 28, 2012 at 3:36 am #45102muzaParticipantHi Hax,
It’s awesome, now the thumbnails and lightbox view are working perfectly! But I tried to purchase some picture, and when I try to download the file, I get a 0kb file… do you know if there is another folder/file which we should change the permissions?
Thank you very much for the support!
February 29, 2012 at 11:40 pm #45149Xpark MediaKeymasterthe folder where you are saving all your galleries , settings > gallery > “Gallery folder path”
March 1, 2012 at 2:19 am #45161muzaParticipantHi Hax,
Thank you again for the support!I rechecked the permissions of this folder (where the galleries are stored), and it’s 0777.
Also I created a new gallery following Shu instructions (create the gallery in the admin, create and change permissions by ftp, finally upload images.)
While the folder image-store/admin/_key is writable by the plugin, the thumbnails and lightbox views are working fine.
But when I purchase the image, the download link is giving me a 0kb file yet.
As you said before, I supose it’s persmissions related, and I’ve been trying changing persmissions of different files I found referenced in image-store/download.php, like wp-load.php, image-store/admin/_key/NONCEKEY.txt, but it’s not working either… what do you think?
Thank you again,

Thanks I’ve fixed my issue with the images by making the admin key writable – however now I have other issues with the price list.
March 3, 2012 at 2:06 am #45200muzaParticipantHi,
Right now the download link provided after purchase is working.I’ve found that the “B&W” and “sepia” options must be enabled. With these settings, after the purchase, the download links don’t give you a 0kb files anymore.
I have a question: the downloaded image has the preview measures, always… is this correct?
Thank you again!
