Hi:
Thumbnails are not displaying properly in galleries, they don’t show randomly after each refreshment.
I’m using image store 3.3.4
I believe that is an issue with my hosting server, becasue I made a clon of this site in another hosting server and all works fine.
You can check it here:
Use the same user and password to access.
My hosting support service told me this:
I have tried to solve your issue but the problem is in your plugin “image-store”. I suggest that you reinstall that plugins once again.
If you still face same problem then contact to plugin provider and ask the exact php requirement for that plugins. So any idea to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance, and keep going in such an excellent work. 😉
December 6, 2013 at 12:01 am #55436Xpark MediaKeymasterThe link to the gallery didn’t save on your post, could you please provide the url again so we can look at it.
A few things to check:
- php memory errors, are you images too big?
- file persmissions, can the php script get to your images?
- JavaScript errors, are there any in the front-end?
- cache plugins, do you have any installed? try deactivating it

Use this user: xparkmedia
and password (the same one as above) to access. Please answer as soon as possible, we are working on a domain that is not the right one to show to our costumers, so this a working site.
Thanks
December 16, 2013 at 9:28 pm #55497Xpark MediaKeymasterWe just checked your site and the images look fine.
You may also update to the latest version of the plugin, many improvements have bee made to the image display script.
December 17, 2013 at 3:11 am #55507danielgmParticipantSorry, But the link shown above is of the clone site we had to make to keep on working. In another hosting.
I do not know why the url’s site with the problem have not been shown.
Here you have the one with the problem (I have just updated the plugin to 3.4.1)
http://hoyosfotoestudio.com/espana/area-de-clientes
user: xparkmedia
password: Hx$cm$zPz2hFe2LjThis is a phpinfo() page link of the server/site:
http://hoyosfotoestudio.com/test.php
And the error log from wpconfig debug mode:
[17-Dec-2013 11:03:36 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/hoyosfot/public_html/espana/wp-content/plugins/image-store/_inc/store.php on line 359
[17-Dec-2013 11:03:36 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/hoyosfot/public_html/espana/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 29I’ve notice that the problem is a bit random (if the first time the gallery is shown it is ok, try refreshing it, and the thumbnails sometimes are displayed ok and sometimes not)
After updating to 3.4.1: this line is shown in the Im Store Configuration Area:Notice: Undefined index: sagepay in /home/hoyosfot/public_html/espana/wp-content/plugins/image-store/_inc/settings.php on line 251
Thanks for your patience,
Daniel.
December 17, 2013 at 8:05 am #55508danielgmParticipantHi again:
You can close this.
I was a problem with the RAM of my hosting server. They just fixed it.
This:
After updating to 3.4.1: this line is shown in the Im Store Configuration Area:
Notice: Undefined index: sagepay in /home/hoyosfot/public_html/espana/wp-content/plugins/image-store/_inc/settings.php on line 251
I could fix it restoring configurations.
Thanks any way. 🙂
