April 29, 2012 at 7:28 pm #46645AngelParticipanti really love this plugin, and never had problems with it before until the upgrade. When i click on the public galleries i get this error when going through Chrome:

Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.i normally have 5 galleries in public, but only 3 are showing up in any browser, i tried to republish, nothing….. i have tried everything i can think of, googled, and nothing works, it is something to do with the plugin itself i think.
Please do you have any suggestions on how i can fix this besides deleting the plugin and starting over again.. as this would be a big hassle to get all the photos back in.
April 29, 2012 at 7:53 pm #46646AngelParticipantseems to be only showing the 3 most recent galleries, cos i made a test one and it is up the front…..
April 30, 2012 at 2:30 am #46655Xpark MediaKeymasterfrom what version are you updating from and to? set your settings to the defaults and see if you still have the issues.
Also update your permalinks by just click on save.
May 8, 2012 at 12:53 am #46942AngelParticipanti updated to the one before the most recent (3.0.6) i am guessing 3.0.5? from whatever was before that…
i have tried EVERYTHING i can think of. i have now used some codes i found in your other support posts, but i am still getting the error below whenever anyone tries to open a gallery and seems to be on Chrome:

May 8, 2012 at 2:32 am #46945Xpark MediaKeymasterLooks like it’s a permalinks issue, refresh your structure by just clicking refresh wordpress will recreate the data.
If you have problems with shortcodes take a look at this post. Issues after updating image store
