I am in the same boat – I asked weeks ago and received no response – very disappointing, and evidently now they are having issues with the latest plugin for those folks who actually were able to figure out how this plugin works
I guess I don’t really understand what the difference is between an album and a gallery then. I don’t see any specific templates for image store – the template I am using has multiple template choices. So your late response is still unclear to me.
Can anyone explain what is going on? what the name of the templates are in image store? and what the difference is between an album and a gallery?

I wish there was better documentation on this plugin – difficult to use when there is little support nor documentation 🙁
I was hoping you could tell me where I might find the image store templates? I have asked a couple of questions and I am not getting any responses now 🙁
Also the Page Template option is only available under the General tab — it is not available under the Gallery tab under settings – so what does that need to be set to also?
OK so I found the page template under settings and have applied that – do I need to use the albums feature or can I just have the images uploaded into galleries? Nothing is displaying still even using the page template feature
Thank you but I guess I am a little unclear – where do I find the themes for the image store?
I used the default theme for the client login in page and the other galleries that are not in the client login section work fine. The template choices listed for the client login page are all tied to the current theme I believe and I do not believe there is one just for a page. The gallery pages within the image store section do not allow for theme changes yet that is where the photos are not displaying even though they are uploaded in the proper location.
I hate to sound dumb but I am not quite sure what to do 🙁
yes I made adjustments to permissions – I also sent you an email detailing all of this as well but did not hear from you so I decided to check back here.
I have made a test gallery – but I don’t know if I am supposed to put images in it or what – access is test /test2012.
Please advise – thanksI am also having a similar issue – I have created the client login area and can access the pages – but none of the images are showing at all – I have not been able to figure out why. I am using WordPress 3.4 and the latest version of Image store 3.0.9. My site is located at http://www.valeuphotography.com – I would like to know if the files are uploaded to the correct Galleries and why they are not showing up – do Pages need to be created for them to show the galleries? I was not sure how that works with the plugin
