    I am not using multisite and only use English (as far as I know). In fact I don’t remember seeing a multi site option. So I am clear, when you say “update the gateway option” I want to make I am doing the right thing. I have switched from the “Paypal Cart Production (live)” option to the “Email notification only” option. Although the “Checkout using” button is still empty with this setting, it actually DOES link to the email form. However when I switch back to the “Paypal Cart Production (live)” option it reverts back to a blank “Checkout using” button with no link action. Again the site is http://www.capturedbykc.ca

    I am having the same problem – I did a separate post but don’t see my post showing up – so I’ll add here. Like suzt808 I tried your suggestions to Dave but those solutions didn’t work. Please advise.

    I ended up rebuilding the store on the remote host got the image showings. NOW the problem is … the checkout buttons. The “checkout using” button on the cart page is blank and when you click on it has no action. Any help would REALLY be appreciated!

    I am working locally so unfortunately I can’t share the link. I am redoing the site now and keeping an eye on my changes to see where the problem lies. Thanks – MM
