to be honest I don’t know how to check that above. sometimes sales do appear and most of the time they don’t. and I do not change anything for it.

last night I have got photos purchased from my website, I get notification of payment from PayPal, but I never got notification from Image Store, and it does not appear in Image store from dashboard. today got another sale, but I knew which file it is, so sorted. the order from last night I can’t see and don’t know what photos are sold, but I need to print them ASAP!
please help!
all updated, both IS and WordPress.none of images were deleted from page, so this is not the reason!
updated to new version, updated wordpress, now it works but very weird.
from phones doesn’t work at all, absolutely un-handy that first you have to select (many people complain they don’t understand if it’s gone to cart or not) it was very very nice before when you click add to cart and window popped with selection of sizes and prices.it only pops when you add to favorites but some customers (mostly) wouldn’t use that option if they know which exactly photo they want.
also.. can’t allow to appear in search results. I tick and it doesn’t save changes, after SAVE box still appears without tick

before everything worked perfect, never changed permalinks before and only after last update it is all gone totally wrong.I don’t know what and where to change as before everything was fine as original. when you have plan to update. I need to add new galleries for customers, but they can’t find gallery by name?also something with coding “add to cart image looks cut, not on my website only, I checked links in this theme, all same problems,
also about widgets. before update it was possible to add gallery thumbs to widgets, but no anymore? any idea?
