I am having problems with buyers not receiving a download.
I do not have a sandbox account so I am not apply to complete a transaction.When a download image is purchased.
Are the buyers sent an email with a link or should they be redirected back to my website?
I like the plugin but have spent a week trying to get it to work and find the lack of any instructions frustrating.
For downloadable images, you needs to setup the price list properly. All image sizes should be in pixel and you need to check the checkbox next to the name to make them downloadable.
When you users by the image size the have the option to download the image after payment and an email is sent to them if the payment was validated.
You can allow user to create an account also to store their image for a later retrieval.
