Blank images adding to Favorites

I have updated to the latest Image Store version and have come across an issue when adding images to the “Favorites”. When images are added to the favorites a duplicate (blank) image is inserted as well. If I delete the blank image it also deletes the main image I wanted in there.

Also, when the images is inserted into the Favorites the file name is not being copied across to the thumbnail.

It would also be helpful if the lightbox image preview showed the filename as well as the caption so that the user knows with image to order when they close the lightbox preview. Better still it would be great if they could add to cart from the lightbox.
