    Hi there,

    I have just started using Image Store, and it’s looking pretty good. However, I have a problem with the resolution size of the downloaded images.

    I have pricing setup with two pixel ratios – 5184×3456 & 600×600. When I go through the Paypal payment process, everything seems to work fine. The IPN is correctly stored, and the email sent out, but the resolution of the image is the same as that displayed when viewing the gallery – 380×253.

    If I understand correctly, Image Store should scale the image to the required size so long as the original is large enough. The original size is 5184×3456, but selecting the download at 5184×3456 or 600×600 both come out 380×253.

    Any ideas what I have got wrong?

    Regards,
    Danny.

    @dannyboy,

    It should work exactly how you explained it. We tested the functionality and it is working for us.

    Check the following in the Pricing menu:
    – Width and height for the image size is correct.
    – Update the image sizes by clicking “Update” in the “image sizes” table.
    – Delete the the image size from the price list and add it back again.

    This will ensure that all that is up to date just incase something is corrupted.

    If you are still having issues can you prove a example download link

    Ok, I think I’ve got it working. It looks like it needed a Color Option set on the price list and I now get the full resolution photo.

    Is there some way to put a price for the full resolution photo, regardless of how large the original is? I create some panorama photos and they can have varying resolutions.

    Thanks for your quick response,
    Danny.

    No worries, I just created an item with resolution 20000×20000 to cover the largest images. But, if there is a way, I would be much appreciated knowing how to do it.

    @dannyboy,

    No, there is no option at the moment you can allow the user to download the full-resolution image but can’t assign a price.
