image don't uplodable

hello ,
I have a problem with the plugin , version 3.5.1 , when I add an image to the gallery , the percentage of loading up to 100% and stay in this figure , but to ftp the image is not present and when I posted a gallery it disappears .
What is the problem ?

can help me?
I test this problem on a clean installation, in wordpress 3 or 4 and with the version of plugin 3.5 and 3.5.1
I modify the directory with the ftp permission 775 but the problem appare
