Increase Gallery Columns

Hi there! I was wondering what might be required to increase the columns of pictures in a gallery from 3 to 5? I’m also assuming the images would have to change size as well. I am a total noob to shortcode, so talking down to my level would be much appreciated.

One other thing I noticed is that on the ‘shopping cart’ screen, the headers are a little squished together (ie the Subtotal and Delete lines) overlap, and don’t line up with the values below. I can send a printscreen if required. I’m using Safari 5.1.2
