Japanese Localization

Hi, there.
I am thinking it’d be great if I can use image store in Japanese.

So here is the question. How can I localize it in Japanese? Do I need to do it with Poedit or some sort of the editors?

I understand you need to modify .po and .mo files to translate languages for plugins.

I’d be glad if you tell me the easiest way for Japanese localization.
