I have been working with v. 3.2.9 and was having some little problems when I saw that v 3.3.0 was available. I tried the automatic update but had problems as the installer would not delete the older version. I FTP’d in and deleted the old version, reset my database to original settings (this is a new build of the website) and was able to install the new version.
All appears to be doing well EXCEPT… the following functions do not appear to work on Mozilla browsers (Firefox v 21.0 – Mac & Aurora – Mac & Firefox v 13.01 Windows)
The URL of the test site:
The problem is that when clicking on a gallery thumbnail the slideshow does not activate AND when clicking the “Select” button and then clicking on “Add to Cart”, nothing happens.
Everything works as expected on Safari & Chrome (on both Mac & Windows XP). IE v 8.0.6 is having error problems, though.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.June 24, 2013 at 4:55 pm #53541
I am having to move forward and try other options for my site so… there is a chance that the URL posted above may not be using Image Store if you visit it. I hope to discover a solution in order to be able to use Image Store as it does everything I require.June 24, 2013 at 8:47 pm #53546
If you still plan to use the plugin, the issue was fixed in version 3.3.0. We try to fix the issues as soon as we can. Thank you for your feedback.June 24, 2013 at 9:11 pm #53554
I am using version 3.3.0 and I really do prefer to use your plugin. The Image Store plugin is still functional at the URL I posted in my original message.
In Firefox, if you go to my Image Store page here:
and click on the thumbnail you will be taken to the Gallery page:
You can “Select” each of the photos but you cannot “Add to Cart” nor can you cause the slideshow to work. However, it works just fine in Safari or Chrome.
Has me quite puzzled.June 24, 2013 at 10:46 pm #53557

1. I deleted the installed Image Store 3.3.0 plugin (which I had installed from within WordPress).
2. I reset the database.
3. I set the Settings/Media in WordPress
4. I DOWNLOADED a new copy of Image Store from the Image Store website.
5. I uploaded / installed the new copy of the plugin.
6. It all appears to be working correctly!
Thank you for a great plugin!
