Hi
I for some reason can add to cart, go to checkout, pay with paypal but then the confirmation email has no reference ID or total amount and the sale isn’t listed under the sales heading.
I have tried turning on the paypal IPN but this doesn’t seem to make any difference. I have however been able to successfully complete a ‘test’ sale using the paypal sandbox.
I am lost what next to try. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I’m on 3.1.3 and it doesn’t seem to be fixed.
The report on the page after the sale says:
Thank You,
Save the information bellow for your records.Total payment:
Transaction number:If you have any question about your order etc…
So no Total Payment and no Transaction number.
No notification email from the plug in either.
And the shopping cart has not been emptied.
Can you advise at all please?

I posted a new topic for this because I am using the newest version and am having an identical issue.
not an old gallery, not an old pricing menu, and I set I IPN in paypal the best I could understand.
Sandbox worked on my previous version and showed up in sales but actual sales on the most recent version not showing up. I had a purchase completed today and received confirmation from paypal it was received but not in my sales on the plugin
