When I select an image, then say, Add to Cart, I get a black lightbox pop-up and a spinning wheel and nothing else ever happens. This is on the main gallery page.
Then, if I select an individual image, it takes me to a brand new page. I can add to cart from there. But then there’s no cart to go to…

yqhAiS(mSNevermind, I did find the cart… But when you click on an image to purchase, it does not show up.
Nor does it allow for downloading even if I have downloadable checked in the pricing options.
Also, that bottom area is strange… with all the lists of the sizes. It’s all wacky. Plus, when I select anything down there, it doesn’t Add to Cart anyways.
There’s no downloadable option no matter what I do.
Okay, I FINALLY figured out that part of the problem is with the theme itself. When I switched it to the Xclusive Theme, the pop-up worked.
HOWEVER, I still cannot get downloadable links to show up no matter what. I’ve searched through the forums for solutions to no avail.
What payment(gateway) are you using? To be able to get the downloads the image size need to be marked as “downloadable” by checking the box next to the size name in the price list.
Now after checkout the payment needs to be validated to show the link otherwise it wont. The only way to overwrite this feature is if you are using email checkout.
