After completely removing and reinstalling the plugin the image download worked with Firefox portable with a left click and a right click. I will do more testing when I get home tonight with Firefox 15, IE9.0 and chrome.
rtb1982ParticipantI uninstalled the plugin and then removed it totally. Then reinstalled and im still getting this behavior.
rtb1982ParticipantSorry 3.1.5 not RC1
rtb1982ParticipantI will try to remove and re install the plugin completely later today. I opened a separate thread with the exact testing and all the results.
rtb1982ParticipantYes it still does it for both image sizes and print finishes. Its not in the price list itself but rather its under the image sizes and print finishes to create new items to add to the list.
rtb1982ParticipantThe same thing is happening in 3.1.5.
rtb1982ParticipantLike Before
Now on 3.1.5 I can dl the files like i could in the previous version however i still have the issue where IE 8 or 9 and firefox downloads the jpeg as a unknown file type with no extension.
If i go in and rename the files as to add a .jpeg extention they open fine but clients are confused by this.
If i instead right click the links and do a save as it will correctly associate with a jpeg and open fine but clients tend to just left click and download the images.
I do not have any of these problems with chrome meaning i can left click or right click download and it works either way.
rtb1982ParticipantI’m still getting this problem after 3.1.5 just gets the file downloaded with an unknown file extension in IE and Firefox. Works in Chrome.
rtb1982ParticipantYes all of the images are uploaded as name.jpg or jpeg. I just verified again via ftp.
rtb1982ParticipantOk I can download the files now with 3.1.4 however i still have the issue where IE 8 or 9 and firefox downloads the jpeg as a unknown file type with no extension.

I inserted the new code that you sent me to try but still have the same issue. Please let me know the next step to take.
Thanks

Any luck, i logged into mjrka’s page and it appears it has the same problem on 3.1.3. Seems like when you click the link it calls the download.php module and doesnt do anything. If you need anything else on my test site let me know.
Additionally I dont see any place to clear cache on my server when logged into my hosting domain which is go daddy so im not sure how to clear cache on the server.
rtb1982ParticipantOk i reverted my live site but the test site is still having the problem.

rtb1982ParticipantI actually just updated to 3.1.3 and i get the download links however they return a blank page referencing the download.php file. you can send the credentials to [email protected] and i can try to setup your site the way mine was setup. Hopefully you will not get the same issue.
rtb1982ParticipantI am going to go ahead and do a restore of my site, however i would still like to know what is causing that issue so i can update to the latest version soon. I am setting up a test site going forward to install updates to before i apply them on my live site.
If the problem is still happening on the test site perhaps the fix can be released here or in the next version and I will try that.
