All i get is the download php file page.
rtb1982Participant@Hax
I was having a problem with 3.1.1 after you helped me where the image would download however it would just be a blank file of 7 MB. I had to tell clients to rename the files to .jpg. Now that i took the update hoping the file download fix stated in 3.1.2 would fix that but instead i get the same blank browser window.
You should still have access to the site. elizabethbphoto.com
Can you please help ASAP! I have a client trying to download images today!!!
rtb1982ParticipantMy developer friend is going to help me rewrite the code to allow for this. When we are done I will send it to you and you can look it over and add it into your code or make any changes that you want to what we did. He will comment what he did in the code. Just a way to help contribute back to all the work you do for us.
rtb1982ParticipantYou have to create an admin account for me in your word press admin settings.
rtb1982ParticipantI cant think on anything. I would have to look at your site to see if i could get it working and i doubt you want to give a stranger admin access to your word press site.
rtb1982ParticipantMake sure that under your plugin on the gallery settings tab that you have
Download Original Allow users to download original image if image size selected is not available.
Also make sure on your price list under the plugins pricing section that you expand the price list assigned to the gallery and ensure you have the images you want to download set to a “px” for size instead of “in”. Then make sure that you have the check box next to that item in the prices list checked so that it is set to downloadable in the price list.
rtb1982ParticipantIf you want all images free you could probally offer clients a promotion based on percentage and make it 100% off.
rtb1982ParticipantI use my site for x amount of free downloads for certain packages. In order to download for free you have to use promotions. The way this works is make your image available for download for say 10.00 a piece. Then if you are giving away 10 free images that would be 100.00. You then give the client a promotion for 100 dollars off of the subtotal which zeros out the balance. You can still checkout at a 0.00 balance if you use the email checkout option however this will not work with paypal, or google wallet as they do not allow a 0.00 balance since they cant charge you a percentage of 0.
Hope this helps you!
rtb1982Participant@Hax you already logged into my site with the admin account that i sent you that is how you found out about the allow_url_fopen. You had responded back to me. Do you still need access to test some things?
If so you should still have the admin account that you used yesterday. You can create a test gallery since you have access.
I also started another thread about an image download issue.
rtb1982Participant@Hax
I still have not made my site go live from a client viewing standpoint just waiting on this plugin to get functional so there is no problem for it being unavailable.

I sent you a seperate email with the user name and password to the admin account. It should have came from [email protected] and the subject is the name of this thread.
rtb1982ParticipantMy watermark is set to use text not an image. I when ahead set it to no watermark and still get and x or white box with the image name on the thumbnail and the image failed to load when clicking on the box/x.
I also unactivated and reactivated the plugin, Additionally i totally uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
rtb1982ParticipantIm also having the same issue with no images. Red x with the image name in IE and and White box with image name in chrome.
I had the same issue in the latest R2 release and i posted it as a bug but it may have been too late before the 3.1 version went live.
You can check my site http://www.elizabethbphoto.com and use the credentials that i gave your during the R1 and R2 testing. if you need me to send you those credentials again let me know by sending an email
rtb1982ParticipantI’m also using godaddy
rtb1982ParticipantI am having the same issue, I have tried uploading files, a zip folder and ftp then scanning the directory. It looks like the files are uploaded to the directory but they just don’t get added to the gallery. I also uninstalled and re installed. Which version are you using i currently have RC1 installed.
