Are you using the email notification option? this the only fixed applied on v3.3.3 and users will not get a download link until payment is confirm.
If you still want the user to download the images without payment validation you can downgrade to 3.3.2 until we make adjustments.
Is this a local installed or is it on website hosting? do see any additional php error when you upload the images?
You can added using your child theme or a custom plugin just use the wp_enqueue_style() function. If not you can always add additional rules to the style.css in your child theme.
what sort option were you using? can you send us the sql error?
Sounds like your server doens’t have the IPTC module installed, and it’s causing issues. We will fix the error problems but basically if the module is not installed the data will not be available.
Can create a page and add this code
[image-store cart=1]in the content area, and you can create a link or button to this page anywhere in your template or menu.Actually, when you first install the plugin the page is created for you but if you deleted the page you can just recreated as explained above.
@softfocus, We never had this as a feature, we are currently working on it an as you can see in Lake las Vegas gallery.
But if you user click on the image, once they get the lightbox they could right click on the image to download it only problem here it it will have the watermark if you have it enabled.
This could be a javascript error on your page, could you please provide a link to your site for us to look at it.
you can use the
.img-metadata labelselector to modify the background and border. We recommend to use the child them stylesheet to overwrite the properties.To display the image description under each image you can uncheck the setting in settings > gallery > “Use title as caption”. At the moment you can only use one or the other but you could add the title to the description to display both.
the galleries will follow WordPress templates rules if you really want to create a new template of the galleries you can create a single-ims_gallery.php temmplate or you can use the settings > gallery > template option to change it.
Elements on the page is controlled by your theme only the images are created by the plugin.
Is this just on your local computer, do you have a development site that we can get access, to take a look.
Shipping is added and calculated in the shopping cart page, thi is also where it’s displayed.
two things to check, shipping only gets applied to shippable items not downloadable images, and be sure that “Apply shipping” is checked under settings > payment.
We looked at your site and the images look fine, and we don’t see any issue with the image tag either. Can you provide a link to the problem page?
Look like all the translactions are working fine now.
For the downloadable links please check that your pricelist have the “downloadable” option activated. Just check the checkbox next to the image name.
Also if the payment is pending the user will not get the downloadable links this is to be sure that you are paid before allowing the user to download the links.
If you can at least provide some information in your php erro log it will help. Usually this information is provided to you via a system panel or you can contact your hosting company.
