the only way to do this is if you set up your own template for the galleries, for the single galleries there is no option currently, I been working on version 3.0.0 that will allow you to make those changes. I planning to release it before new years
Question 1: the only record that you hace currently from the user is the sale receipt, you can create “customer” and assign them galleries but this is not an accurate record of purchase.
Question 2. this for site admins and if you want to secure multiple galleries for one customers and you don’t want to send multiple passwords
Question 3. are using paypal or google checkout? for paypal no, but there were a few updates on their system and I had not had time to test them. for google check out it requires SSL on your server
Question 4. the column are control via css or your thumbnail size, and of course your page width. The best option to change your css is in your theme styles.css just over write the plugin styles. this way you can upgrade the plugin without problems. Or you can disable the plugin css and completely write your own styles. settings > general > Use CSS
Is it possible to set up a path to upload folder outside WP (eg. root folder)? no, currently this is not an option, all the galleries ge uploaded to the wp_content/{YOUR_CUSTOM_FOLDER}
is it necessary to secure the folder using .htaccess? is not necessary but you can remove GETand POST requests to the folder. the plugin uses a key value to encode/hide the real image path
exactly mean in the installation manual by changing upload folder in settings?
you can change the name of the folder where the images get uploaded {YOUR_CUSTOM_FOLDER}, go to settings>galleries>Gallery folder path. you can also change the path in each gallery in the information box.are you considering in the future to include in this plugin support for Amazon S3 storage services? this could be a great option, currently I don’t have an account to test it but I will added to my future feature.

I check you site and you are getting a javascript error that is no allowing the correct popup box to open.
DId your theme included “colorbox” lightbox by default? looks like a javascript files for your forms are not loding either “wp-content/plugins/wordpress-forms/js/localization/en_US.js”.
Check the file if you still need help I will need back-end access to your site.

i sound like you are having problems with styles, can you post a link to your site so that we can take a look at it, you can also remove all the styles for the image store and create your own to fit your needs
for the most part the plugin works with all the standard wp structures including category, if you are doing something very unique you are going to have to setup you own rewrites
This is not an option right now, the new version of the plugin will have hook so that you or any other developer can make the change without affecting you ability to update the plugin
you can set the password in the edit gallery screen just above the “publish” button “Visibility” or in the quick edit view when you see the list of galleries you will see an option marked “password”
I will test, the plugin and get back to you, the issue will not be solve until version 3.0.0 if there is an issue
this is usually a style/css issue and is do to the theme that you are using if you can post a link we could take a look at your site and see what is the problem
