this may be a conflict with another plugin, also check make sure that you client did not modify the setting and images are set to display a preview.
This is controlled by your price list. Make sure you set the image to pixels and check the downloadable option next to it.
There is a quality setting under the image tab. there will be alway a quality lost because you don’t want the user to be able to download the high quality image from the preview with out purchase.
This will be possible using your child theme css stylesheet. This is the best option. Not sure if you are familiar with css. There is no setting for this, otherwise you will have to work with someone with css knowledge.
If all the galleries are password protected, they will not show in the album page. The albums are meant for public viewing. If you don’t have public galleries they will not show.

Just set the image price to $0, and allow the image sizes to be downloadable in the pricing tab.
We will be running a few tests and will let you know if find any other problems, what theme and plugins you have installed?
It takes 30 seconds per image? or all images. Do you have any other image plugin in place? where you able to check the error log on the server.
512M should be enough to process the images you described on your previous message. Are you images RGB or CMYK? Can you please provide information on PHP and GD module version. We will run a few tests.
if you increase the max memory limit it should work. do you know how to check your error log? it may have more information on the issue.
How big are your images and how many are in the directory? We think the issue is memory an not time out.
This is probably a conflict with the theme. If you can provide a link to your site we can provide a the css rules to add to the site.

1. Looks like the issue is permissions with the image or the /image.php files. We are not familiar with one domain. Can you check your server log for errors and post it here.
2. Yes, if paypal fails you can always send them a link to the original image or by mail we don’t have automation at the moment.
We can’t view post that are not live in your site, but for the most part these are conflicts with the theme styles.
The sort order can be change for each gallery under the “gallery info” box, or for all galleries in settings > gallery > Sort images + Sort Direction
We test it the sort order and it works. what version and what is the setting you are using?
