We did not received the access information. Did you look into the css selection we mentioned on the post above?
Did you update any other plugin or theme? jQuery is not loading on the websites and this is required by the plugin. There are a lot of javascript error in the site.
If you have a cache plugin please clear the cache.
Could you please provide a link to your site. We just ran a quick test and we did not see any problems.
Also be sure that your products are not marked for “download”

Backup your site before anything.
Replace the file /image-store/_in/galleries.php with galleries.php.It will allow you to break your galleries into subfolders, you can name them whatever you want except ‘_resized’;

gallery/23Once you break gallery into folders use the “scan folder” option to update the gallery information. You may have to increase you memory limit in the wp-config.php file

The albums are taxonomies, at the moment there is no settings for that. It can only be control by the theme. You could use a plugin like Breadcrumb NavXT that will add links back to the parent album.
There are 2 ways you can accomplish adding new fields, this can only be done by using the Image Store Hooks.
1. add new tags and substitution values. Values and substitution must be in the same order, use these 2 hooks:
ims_default_opts add values to the $options[‘tags’] array.
ims_substitutions add values to the $substitutions array.2. modify the entire message (email).
