The attached media will display if you are using the gallery short code if you are using some other method like a plugin or theme template you have to use the custom functio to display the media. For more information read the FAQ page

That is correct the main menu is called “galleries”, you will create galleries to sale on the store. As far as a tutorial no currently there still not tutorials we are working on them you can use the information on this forum if you have any question on how to set up the plugin.
are you running wamp locally (no internet access), all payment services need access to the site to report back sales information. If you are testing on a local computer PayPal, Google Checkout and WePay will not be able to access the site.
is PayPal on production set to use SSL, or did you modified the IPN path, it sounds that may be a problem with a PayPal setting; if you modify the setting on PayPal it will overwrite values set by the plugin.
the custom post type for galleries is “ims_gallery”, I still think there is a conflict with other plugin.
The problems is that your thumbnails are all different sizes, add this code to your theme’s styles.css file. Note this this may have problems with older browsers.

The shortcode is not design to provide store functionality this is only for display, you should link back to the gallery to sale your images.
what do you mean by image sizes; for sale or display? if you mean for sale yes you do this on the the price list you can ad as many sizes as you want.
this looks like a conflict with other plugin, do you have a redirect plugin installed?
