there are 2 ways you can change the look of the lightbox, you can install the jQuery Colorbox plugin, that will allow you; through settings, change the lightbox theme or if you want to create your own styles you need to target all elements within the #cboxWrapper div

Currently no you can’t use the sortcode to insert the gallery in to the post and make the purchase there this is because of permalink, to make this posible you will have to create extra permalink for every single post on your site.

Can I ask why you want to add the galley into a post? I may be able to provide a better solution to your problem.

under each galley in the gallery info metabox you can change the sort order, if you wan to do this globally do it in settings > gallery > Sort images
