I tested the feature and works and expected, each user has it’s own favorite box and a user is not logged in they can save the images only during their browser section.
The issue should be fix on 3.0.9, if you check the disable decimal point, Image Store is using the standard localized function on WordPress which should format the price correctly

there was an error return by some servers on the download script, please upgrade to 3.0.8 the issue should be solved.

we don’t have access to download the theme or I could find where to downloaded. But check your server log and let us know if you have any error showing
currently this is not an option, basically you want to provide a few galleries for free. You best option is to use the standar WordPress galleries that way they can download the images
is definitely a permalinks issue, do you have any other plugin installed have you tried just using the default theme and deactivating the plugins to see which one could be causing the issue?
