I check and I couldn’t duplicate the issue please check other plugin that you have installed and your theme.
I think I address all of the issues here on version 3.0.3. I am setting the status to “review” to take a closer look for the next release.
To disable de default lightbox go to settings > gallery and uncheck “Colorbox”. If you are not able to see your images make sure that our image-store/admin/key folder is readable.

This is an option that needs to be changed at the theme level. post type names are “ims_gallery” and “ims_image”
you need to set your album theme under settings > general > album theme. Try using the page or also you can move the “taxonomy-ims_album.php” and make modification as needed the file is located inside the plugin folder in the theme folder
Every download link is unique and it has an expiration of one day to protect your images from being downloaded by other user time and time again.

try restoring all settings to default. Also are you getting this error on the admin > settings page or some where else. Is it when you save the setting or when are you getting the error
