When I click an image the browser tries to download image.php which I assume is a lightbox script or something?

Running 3.0 on the latest wordpress.

somebody reported the same problem but did not post any solutions I tested on a pc on IE8 and IE9 and I did not get the file download. if you have any cache plugins clear the cache and also your server cache.
for the lightbox take a look at this post http://xparkmedia.com/support/topic/problems-with-v3-2/

Thanks,
