    Hi there,

Thank you for a great plugin. I’m just having a few difficulties with download links – is there a way to extend the amount of time the links stay valid for? e.g. 1 month? I’m not seeing the customer registration form at the end of the checkout either, is this able to be initiated using the ‘%’ tags? My last issue is that I want to have free downloads and I can only make this happen if the customer goes through the checkout process, but it seems redundant to make a customer go through the checkout process for a free downloadable image. Is there a way to disable the store functionality and still have downloadable images?

Thank you in advance for any help provided.

Ok I’ve made some progress with the free downloadable images. If I set the price to $0 it takes me to an order submit form, once I fill out the form it then sends me to a receipt page which is perfect except there is no link to download the image. Any ideas?

    Thank you

if the payment is not confirm, the download link will not be added to the email. You can manually confirm the payment in the sales menu click order and confirm payment.

If the user created an account they can download their images from their profile page.

I have never been able to make the download of digital images work. I have read the forums and Xpark responded to a contact email staeing checked system seems ok.
I have today created a new test price list with down checked and 660 by 660 px defined after that I uploaded two new 660 by 660 images to a test gallery and purchased them.
When I was logged in ( admin) i recieved a download link on the receipt page and receipt email to; http://vidpicpro.com/new/wp-content/plugins/image-store/admin/download.php?_wpnonce=e7fa0b0bb8&img=m6ampayf&sz=test2digital&c=

retested when logged of and link was:
    http://vidpicpro.com/new/wp-content/plugins/image-store/admin/download.php?_wpnonce=b06d96413b&img=m6ampayf&sz=test2digital&c=

I presume different user and same image ids both links gave a blank screen

On the sales page both transactions payment conformed from paypal.

Wondering of my download.php is faulty??
