    Hi

I’m new and not a WordPress profesionell. 🙂

    I need the following:

A page which contains album such as “wedding”, “portraits” etc.

Within the wedding should be a main folder such as “Wedding Peter & Ann”. This album should then containt further albums such as “diner”, “aperitif”, “ceremonial” etc.

In addition I need the shopping functionality.

    How can I create this?

    Christian

Click on albums, when you create new albums in the albums tab you have the option to make each new album a child or any existing one. there is no limits on depth but is recommended that you don’t go more than 3 levels.

The store functionality will be shown once the user clicks on a particular gallery.

As it stands on my site, The Album hierarchy is thus:

    Art Prints (1st Level Album/Category ID=1)
    Photos (1st Level Album/Category ID=2)
    -Events (2nd Level Album ID=4)
    -Abstracts (2nd Level Album ID=5)
    -Portraits (2nd Level Album ID=6)
    –Models (3rd Level Album ID=7)
    –Studio (3rd Album ID=8)
    -Events (2nd Level AlbumID=9 )

If I create a page and insert the shortcode [image-store album=2], nothing shows up on the page. I’m guessing this is because there are no images inside the albums. There are however other Albums.

Is there a way to show a page of Albums sorted by hierarchy, that when an album is clicked on it takes the user to the sub album and its subsequent galleries?

At the moment it just displays all galleries present without any album order.
