The issue could be your image size, sz=LowResDownload, the size should be in a “numberXnumber” format, if you still want to use the LowResDownload name allow the users to download the full image in settings > galleries.
Also the issue could be fixed by setting the right width in height in for the LowResDownload size.
The download links are only good for 12-24h, if the user wants to save their purchanged in Image Store 3.3.0 now they can create an account and saved the images in their account and download them anytime.
This can be fixed by adding a line of code in your theme’s style.css file. Increase or reduce the pixel size as needed.

If you still don’t see it try using a different theme just to see if there is an issue with the theme and then switch it back. If this is the problem we will try to provide a fix.
This could be a cache related, do you have a cache plugin?
If not after making the change try clearing your browser cache. After saving the new setting the image cache should be regenerated. Also there is javascript cache using the lightbox clearing your browser cache will give you an accurate preview.
The shortcode are for display only, you can’t use the store in regular post or pages only on the link created by the plugin. If you want or modify the permalinks or add additional content you can modify the permalink in the gallery setting tab and add content using the excerpt field.
Technically you could but you will have to make a modification to the plugin using the image store API.

We corrected the issue on the latest release, please update to v 3.3.0. Thank you for your feedback. If you updated the plugin before June 4, please download the files again, you may have an old file in your site.
Yes, this is something that we are looking at but it will not be released any time soon. But if you need it you could use the plugin’s API to make the changes. That way if we implemented you will be able to update the plugin.

Were your users using Firefox or IE, there was a bug we corrected it on the latest release. If there was another issue do you know what errors where the user getting?

Using a temporary address should not be a problem as long as the site is not restricted and is online.
If you are testing in Paypal sandbox try the IPN tool? But it should not be any problems. Do you see any error in your server log? or look for a “ipn_log.txt” file for failing responses in the image store folder directory.
The domain needs to be accesable to PayPal to be able to post the sales transaction. If you are testing on a local computer sales transaction won’t process.
The plugin will generate the image if the image is big enough to create all image sizes. I will keep the image proportional.
Good to hear that is working. Using reset will only reset the store settings galleris, pricing, user and sales do not get affected.
We made changes in Image Store 3.3.0 RC1, please test it and let us know if it helps.
