do you guys have a price list assigned to the gallery, is it empty? I can confirm that the order form is not loding on the front end, do you guys have some sort of content filter on other plugin using shortcodes, if you do which?
Sounds like a cache issue do you have a cache plugin installed, can you remove pages , url or cookies from being cache id you do try removing /cart pages or the “‘ims_orderid_’ . COOKIEHASH” cookie
the plugin currently doesn’t support tiffs only jpg, png and gifs, you will have to create your on plugin that works with image store for that
take a look at the Image Store’s API
you need to fix the css rules on your theme’s styles.css file, this is the best way to do it that way you don’t lose your change when you update the plugin, if you have a child theme even better.
looks like there is problem on the server site, can you check your sever logs and post what is reported on the image script
@katchocolate, make sure your galleries are not password protected, can you see the gallerie when you click on “view”, try using another theme sometimes this is an issue with themes also check and be sure that there are not javascript errors.
@airdrummer looks like you are running an old version of php or at least of the GD module, you will need to contact your host provider
@ julzdyer the _key folder was removed many version ago, can you check if you have javascript error, or provide the error on your server

As far as a scrolling gallery there the default gallery or you will have to setup a custom script
there is a setting to send the user a purchase receipt (settings > checkout > email receipt ), the download links will be provided in the email, also after checkout the user is redirected to a receipt page with the download links.
Note: if the payment is not confirmed the links will not be provided, this is to protect your product.
if you are using, PayPal or Google Checkout if the user doesn’t populate this information on the account it will not be available for you.
If you are using email checkout, this is an known issue on the version that you are using, we recommend updating the plugin.

what you can do is add a “finish” option to your list, the only thing this is not a set price it will use the original price and increase the price base on the finish option selected by your customer.

This a bug that we recently found, it will be fixed on the next release in the mean time this is how you fix the issue. Be sure that the “gallery information” metabox is located (shows ) before the image metabox. You can place the boxes anywhere on the page just be sure that the info box shows before the images.
