this feature has been requested many times and I will try to add it on a future release but i will take a while, I know it sound simple but there are many features that need to be accounted for. I think this could work better as promotion.

@MissShelly, I could access your site to see the problem, make sure that there are no javascript error on your page.

Here is the list of common problems why images are not showing for people.

• javascript errors.
• directory and file permissions
• not deactivating and activating the plugin.
• not enough memory resources set the “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT”
• problems with apache “allow_url_fopen” fixed on 3.1.1
• conflicts with other plugins using or not setting WP_MEMORY_LIMIT properly.

I just test it, and you are right this is a bug I will fix it as soon as I can. the fix will be available on the next release.

You can only do this if pre-populate the information for your clients and you provide them with a login, also you need to use the email notification only. if you are using any other server the customer information comes from them.

there was and issue on previous version 3.1.1 should resolve this issues.
