the tab is a page created by the plugin when it is installed, just go to the pages and unpublished or delete the page, the tabs can be manage and change as you want under the menu options.
There is a known issue in v3.0.7 with the image display in some servers you can try using 3.0.6

The issue with page not found can be resolved by updating your permalinks just re-save them
Can you explain a bit more what is problem that you are having. Are titles and captions not saving or you can’t find where to change them
By default the store will display all your albums if you are using the stand page. you can create your own template to change the display

is the menu styles what you are having problems with? if it’s the wp menu you will have to make the changes on your theme. the plugin doesn’t change or control your WordPress menus

No, this is not an option, but the plugin can be modified using the API. The only thing is that the list assigned to the user needs to overwrite the gallery list
I think is more of a permission issue, do you have a permissions plugin installed?
Also don’t just deactivate the plugin do a full uninstall, activate the plugin and got to settings > reset > uninstall
