all items mentioned above have been addressed on version 3.2.1.
The CSS styles do remain the same but with additional selectors, including the option to change your gallery columns.
One thing to notice is that the location of the html markup for the sub navigation bar ( select all, unselect all..) has change on 3.2.1, Colorbox is no longer supported and additional styles have been addd for new features and a more friendly mobile experience.
do you see any error on your server, I need information from your severs to see what is causing the problem, if you are testing 3.2.1 there should not be a problem
looks like a bug when permalinks are not setup, if you can setup the WordPress permalinks, if not this will be fix on the next release
no this is not a js issue, I am thinking you are using an image as watermark, correct?
if you are, be sure that the image is accessible, use either a full url or a path relative to your sites wp-content folder.If you are using text be sure that the font file has the read permissions
There is bug if you re-arrange your metaboxes, the information box need to be before the image display see this post.

Also the test version our next release is available (Image Stoer RC1), you can download it and test and provide your feedback

You can deactivate the “photo” page under settings > general.
If you still want to have the photos page and land on the slideshow you will have to implement a hook to change the main link.
The image zise is only for the preview image and the thumbnail. The thumbnails are generated using WordPress’ thumbnail settings.
If you don’t want the thubnails to be crop uncheck the cropping option under settings > media > “Crop thumbnail to…“
What you can do is create password protected galleries and assign them to your customers they will be able to access only the galleries you assign them using just one password, you still need to password protect the galleries

Shortcode will only display the images there is not store functionality this may change on a feature release but you will have to use the using the tools widget.
can you please provide a link to your site, you should be able to delete all limages sizes from your list, if not try creating a new price list from scratch and then add your 2 options and use this list for all your galleries.
If you are using the default prices list there may be a bug, because you can’t completely delete the list
