looks like you have some sort of data sanitation plugin that is removing the html5 attributes (data-ims) that allow the images to display.
Check and be sure that you don’t have any javascript error on you page
remove the front slash on your permalink structure, this should fix it there will be a fix on the next version.
all you have to do is update your permalink, some times there are conflicts with other plugin or the theme.
can you guys please provide liks to your sites, also check file permissions on your server, and if you see any error on the error log please provide those also.

currently, this is not an option with image store, and the only way to do it is as you mentioned before, create a princeliest with all the options available
this is a bug, on the latest version we tried to reset the permalink when the plugin is completely deleted, it will be fix on the next release, your database should be fine.
To add tags to individual images you can extend the “ims_image” custom post, the problem is displaying the tags on the save screen as the image store. You can use a custom post plugin to accomplish it or the Image Store APIIf you want to extend the plugin with out loosing any changes when you update the plugin, please use the plugin APIthey were removed for the action filter 2 versions ago, forgot to removed them from filters; will do it on the next version
