Actually there were a few bug on the cart processing on 3.1, try updating to 3.1.1 and let us know if you still have the same issue.
you need to do this on your theme, we recommend creating a child theme and to modify your style.css file, that way you can update the plugin and theme without losing any of changes.
Please update to 3.1.1, all the issues have been fixed, there were 2 issues on the image display, watermark creation and issues if you server had the “allow_url_fopen” option off.
both of the issues have been addressed.
The image not displaying, looks like is a image watermark issue, make sure that the image used has the full path in the settings.
@nadina the galleri title is a bug and it only if you are using the sortcode, it will be fix on the next release. The cart updated is an issue on your site. try updating your permalink.
@FCoppola, @rtb1982 looks like the issue not displaying the image is only on the preview size, maybe because of the watermark. Do you see any errors on your server log?There is a javascript error on the website, and it think is not letting the whole script calculate the location of the image properly
error: slideshow_interval is not defined.
you can force the location of the window using css also but is not recommended, check what is causing the javascript error.
- Check your settings under settings > checkout > 0rder Notification email.
- Check your spam box
- Check your server email logs.
- If you are using google make sure you follow the configuration settings

@itscody adding multiple images to one package is currently not and option, this might be on feature releases.
On you second question, do you see any error on your server log? if not take a look a these suggestions
@wipeoutmedia there is no off option for shipping but you can do is add a new “Pick up” option with a 0 value
The “customers” section is used for many purposes:
- keep track our your customers.
- if you have many galleries from one customer, you can provide just one login for them and they can access all their galleries buy assigning galleries to the customer.

There is no data reset, but this is a good idea.
The comment data comes from the comments table if there is no comments there is no data. The views data is saved per post in the postmeta table metakey “_popular_views”.
I think the problem might be on your database, if you used the wordpress xml import, this data will not be imported.
