you can disable the shop per gallery but you can use the shortcode to display just the galleries without a store features.

I will take a look at it and see what I can do though.

if the user bought digital downladable images the image will be email in the email receipt just check “Email receipt” under settings > checkout.

Note that the links email to the user can be use for a limited time.

download image store 3.0.4. the issue has been fixed

If you are using the default image store page this page will only display galleries that are not password protected all other galleries show on the secure galleries page.

if you continue having issues add a count=NUMBER in the shortcode

do you have the receipt option checked? if no not the customer is not going to get a receipt at all. settings > checkout > Email receipt

You can write a custom plugin to remove the Title or you can use CSS to hide them

I have never worked whit thesis but it sounds like a permalins issue try refreshing your structure after activating thesis
