can you add a link to your site so that I can look at it? what browser and version are you using?
Your hosting admin area or company can tell you what version of php you are running, but if it was running before I don’t think that is the issue.
Check with your hosting company if you have any sort of server cache.

What version are you using? version 3.0.3 now has an option to change the location of the watermark for text an images. Settings > image > Watermark location
no, this is not a bug, that is why is recommend to use a low resolution and to add a watermark to your image preview users will always will be able to download your preview image but not the original.
not sure what you mean by background image, by I recommend making css changes in your theme style.css file. That way you an upgrade the the plugin with no problem
Do you have any cache plugin in your server? What version of PHP are you running?
The add to cart problem usually is javascript error created by the theme or other plugins
I don’t believe paypal or google checkout has support for the currency I need to remove it from the available currency options

you can disable colorbox under settings > galley > colorbox. to activate PrettyPhoto you will have to add your own javascript code to the site, sorry I have never worked with PrettyPhoto.
