is your site a multisite? check file permission and upload size settings
Xpark MediaKeymasterthis is a display bug, it does get activated but just doesn’t display only problem is you save the settings again it will deactivate it will be fix on the next release
Xpark MediaKeymasterthe custom value should look like this: VPSProtocol:2.23 where “VPSProtocol” is the key and “2.2.3” is the value.
to add additional fields just add more pairs separated by commas like this: VPSProtocol:2.23,car_total:%cart_total%,customField:34s4,
Xpark MediaKeymasterThank you for the donation and the feed back, looks like the images are showing now on the site. Looks like the error are related to the image sort we will look at it, the sale information should be fix please update to 3.2.5
Xpark MediaKeymastersorry for the late reply, we couldn’t access the gallery but try updating the plugin also check if you see any javascript error on the page
Xpark MediaKeymasterthe issue has been resolved please download version 3.2.5, also remember that only when the payment transaction has been confirmed the download images will be provided to the customer.
Xpark MediaKeymastersounds like a cache problem, it shows the “Your cart is empty”. because probably is showing a cache page, do you have a cache plugin installed? avoid caching the /cart page
Xpark MediaKeymaster@cwhite,
issue 1 and 3 have been resolved please download version 3.2.5.Issue 3 is really not and issue since you already checkout and you are selecting new image this becomes a new transaction and it does not maintain information on previous transactions.
User will still be able to download the images via their email receipt if you have the option checked.
Xpark MediaKeymasterThe issue was not related to the image size but the overall checkout process the issue should have been revolved in version 3.2.5, also remember the the download link is presented to the user only when the payment transaction has been confirmed.
If the image sizes on the price list is showing “in” you can change this by creating a new image size using “px” and drawing the new size to the price list and checking the download option
Hope this helps
Xpark MediaKeymasterYou can control the download size/products in the price list, just check the box next to the image size on the price list. This will indicate that the size is a downloadable image and when the users selects the size, checkout and the transaction is not pending they will be presented with the download link and it will be also be emailed
Xpark MediaKeymasterThe window opens when the user clicks on the “add to cart” link, there was before an “add to cart link” on the lightbox when you preview the image.
We ran into a few issues with the new lightbox – that is more mobile friendly now – and we removed it, but will be adding it back on a future release
Xpark MediaKeymasterplease check the latest release and let us know if you still see the problem, also try setting the values to the default if you are upgrading from an very old version
Xpark MediaKeymasterThank you,
we will look at it
Xpark MediaKeymasterthank you , we fixed it
